Sara is a women’s health practitioner who weaves together soulful restoration with clinical precision. With over two decades of experience, she has knowledge covering many areas of women’s wellbeing, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, menopause, grief - also energetic healing, digestive and skin health.

Her multidisciplinary approach blends naturopathy, massage, aromatherapy, craniosacral, reflexology, reiki, sound healing, womb massage and face sculpting massage for nurturing on every level.

As a clinical aromatherapist Sara created her own formulations of aromatics, Soul Syrup. She explores the the alchemy of scent, the healing and energetic properties of oils .

Each bottle is hand blended with organic and wildcrafted oils from distilleries and dispensaries that use the purest raw materials to produce deeply aromatic and efficacious essential oils.
