Sara is a Naturopathic Nutritionist (CNM, Nat Dip) and Clinical Aromatherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience in women’s health. Covering all areas of women’s wellbeing, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, menopause, grief - also energetic healing, digestive and skin health. Her multidisciplinary approach blends naturopathy, massage, aromatherapy, craniosacral, reflexology, reiki, sound healing, womb massage and face sculpting massage for nurturing on every level.

She previously worked as part of a select team of practitioners at Dr. Yehudi Gordon’s integrated Women’s health clinic Viveka with Dr Gowri Motha for 8 years (which was connected to the birth unit of St John and Elizabeth hospital). Her extensive training also include Active Birth Teacher (Janet Balaskas), Doula training (Michel Odent), Developmental Infant massage,Scultptural Face Lifting Massage.
Sara has trained in Prenatal + Kundalini yoga & meditation (Gurmukh +Gurushabd). Also assisting them when they are in London

Sara has curated workshops in London for venues including The Whiteley and Annabel’s, as well residencies at Six Senses Ibiza. She has also worked with brands Fernando Jorge, Noor Fares, Maison Margiela. Her private retreats - with her husband Leo Cosendai - have offered a cocoon of deep restoration in healing landscapes— including the Sahara Desert, Cappadocia, Arizona and the Amalfi Coast.
